FUNDED BY: Children First, Ministry of Children and Family Development & Success By 6® partnership between Ministry of Children & Family Development, Credit Unions of BC, United Ways and communities.

What we do

Our mission is to work in a collaborative and coordinated way to advocate for the interest of young children and to seek innovative ways to most effectively use and link resources and services to children six and under.

Members contribute volunteer work and represent agencies that support and improve childhood services. Through our work positions, our members deliver: public Health, pregnancy outreach and literacy; parenting and family support; early childhood development programming; counseling, and special needs outreach.

We partner to accomplish a response to community issues relating to young children as they arise; lobby for early childhood services for our community; access funding grants; maintain ties outside our community provincially and federally; find program resources; locate program facilities; and foster public awareness.
